ScheduleOnce sends real-time notifications throughout the booking lifecycle so you and your customers are always aware of updates and never miss a meeting. All confirmations, reminders, and notifications for cancellations and rescheduling can be sent to both your customers and users via email, SMS, or a combination of both.

Reminder notifications

Make sure your users and customers never miss a meeting. ScheduleOnce allows you to create up to three different reminders that can be triggered at set times before the meeting. Reminders can be delivered via email, SMS, or a combination of both.

Delivery via email and/or SMS

Any notification to customers or users, can be delivered via email or SMS. We support concatenated SMS or long SMS messages, allowing you to create rich SMS notification templates that will be delivered as one long SMS message when they reach the recipient’s mobile device.

Fully customizable notification templates

The notification templates editor allows you to fully customize the content and look and feel of every individual notification sent throughout the booking lifecycle. Email templates support rich text and images. Both email and SMS templates can include dynamic fields that display data collected from the customer during the booking process.

Fully customizable Calendar event

When a booking is made, the calendar event created by ScheduleOnce can be automatically added to the customer’s calendar, regardless of the calendar used. The content of the calendar event is fully customizable and can include system fields, custom fields, text, and links. This is a powerful way to ensure that the information you want to deliver is always at your customers’ fingertips.

Notify any user or stakeholder

The system’s multi-user capabilities allow you to define any system user as a recipient of various scheduling notifications via email and/or SMS. User notifications are fully customizable and can vary by user type.
