Sign in with your Google Account
You can sign in to ScheduleOnce with your Google Account and not have to remember yet another login ID and password.
Connect your Google Calendar
Once you've completed the initial setup it's time to connect your Google Calendar. This can be the Google Calendar that you use with your Gmail account, your Google Apps account, or a Google calendar that is associated with a new Google Account.
See your busy time
Once your calendar is connected simply select the calendars whose busy time you would like to display. Busy times can display just for information purposes or be used to block out any overlapping availability. You decide how you want to work!
Schedule directly in your calendar
When meetings and appointments are scheduled in ScheduleOnce, they are automatically created in your Google Calendar and confirmations are sent to all attendees.
