GroupScheduler key features:
Schedule across organizations:
GroupScheduler works across organizations. For each meeting, GroupScheduler collects the availability of all attendees, regardless of their organizational membership.
Unlimited time suggestions:
GroupScheduler allows the meeting organizer to propose unlimited meeting times with no additional overhead.
Connected to Google Calendar:
GroupScheduler reads busy times from your Google Calendar, ensuring that availability is always accurate and eliminating any chance of double booking.
Real time support for multiple Google Calendars:
Allows the meeting organizer to specify the calendars from which busy times will be taken and the calendar in which the meeting will be scheduled.
Allows the meeting organizer to add resources (conference room for example) to a meeting, see resource availability along the availability of all attendees and schedule the resource.
Work from Gmail or Google Calendar:
Meetings can be created and managed directly from the organizer’s Google Calendar or Gmail account. No need to visit the ScheduleOnce website.
Automatic time zone detection:
GroupScheduler automatically detects attendee time zones based on the IP address. When a user is travelling to a different time zone GroupScheduler will recognize the change and propose switching to the new time zone.
Automatic Daylight Saving Time adjustments:
GroupScheduler makes all necessary adjustments to properly account for Daylight Saving Time changes anytime in the year and anywhere on the globe. Attendees need not worry about upcoming DST changes.
Collaborative scheduling:
With GroupScheduler, attendees see each other’s availability during the process, facilitating fast convergence towards a common time.
Based on availability:
GroupScheduler is based on availability rather than discrete time suggestions. With availability, a one hour meeting can take place from 9:00-10:00, 9:15-10:15 and so forth, providing maximum scheduling flexibility.
