Then it automatically sends them an update and boom the meeting is happening and it's just is a huge time saver when it comes to email.
- It eliminates the time zone error. I setup meetings with people all around the world – Australia, India, United States, different time zones. ScheduleOnce eliminates that time zone error. It is a huge time saver when everyone shows up on time.
- It automatically updates my calendars. I have used competitors and the problem is sometimes they would do a pretty good job scheduling the meeting but they wouldn't update my calendar automatically. So I had to manually remember to go in to not only my Outlook but my Google Calendar and update all this and it was just painful. ScheduleOnce does all that automatically.
