ScheduleOnce for health & wellness

This is the sort of software you don´t really think you need until you start using it! I've been using the paid version for about 4 months now and I have nothing but praise for it.

It's particularly useful for inbound scheduling. When someone wants to meet, I just send them my link and they suggest the times. Simple as that. I didn't realize how much time I wasted setting up meetings until I started using this service. The mail notifications are really useful and the way the meetings just automatically appear in Google calendar when I approve them is nothing short of magical.

I can't really praise it enough, except to say that it's a MUST for anyone who has a busy appointment schedule.

I have been very happy with ScheduleOnce and the seamless integration with my Google Calendar. I have to manage many demos throughout the day and a constantly changing schedule.

ScheduleOnce helps me do all of this with ease. The interface is intuitive and, with just a couple of clicks, a client or prospect is able to lock in a couple of convenient times that work well for me. No extra work is necessary to sync up with Google after I confirm the date and time that works for both parties.

I highly recommend this app to anyone who is challenged to effectively manage schedules with clients and prospects throughout the day.

I have spent days going back and forth with emails to meet with clients. I then decided to look for an easier way to do that since it was beyond frustrating. I could not believe how easy it was to not only use ScheduleOnce, but what had taken me two weeks via email to schedule ended up taking a 1/2 day to do with ScheduleOnce.

I love the simplicity of use. It is the best no-nonsense method of setting up meetings. And then, to put icing on the cake, it syncs with my Google calendar. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, they added the functionality of personal meeting page where others can see your schedule to make appointments. I just can't wait to see what's next! Thank you for an amazing product!
