ScheduleOnce for the IT industry

Schedule Once has made scheduling appointments and my life so much easier. When customers want to meet, I point customers to my personal MeetMe link and schedule (in my email signature). With the ability to ensure meetings have to give me an hour notice, I've limited surprise meetings, allowing me to adequately prepare for meetings.

Best of all, it integrates perfectly with my other calendars so I can easily book other meetings and appointments and don't have to worry about updating my scheduling service. It even blocks off tentatively scheduled times so I'm never double-booked. Since subscribing, scheduling is no longer a chore or a last minute check and dash.

I love ScheduleOnce!

I and my consulting firm are Google apps users since 2007, first for GMail, and gradually for Calendar, contacts, docs, sites and video. We synchronize our Google Calendar with mobile devices (iPhone, android & wm6), and it has become a very useful tool for all of us (15 people + customers).

But when it came to scheduling, it was always complicated to look for availabilities in our agendas then send an email to other people, who had to select which slot was convenient for them.

With ScheduleOnce, it is far more easy: we drag to mark our availability, indicate the purpose of the meeting, the duration, copy & paste the URI in an email, and it is done.

I knew Doodle, but for Google Calendar users, it is far more convenient to use ScheduleOnce.

ScheduleOnce has been a stand out clear pick for scheduling appointments and occasions for my technical support business.
