ScheduleOnce for the pharmaceutical industry

I'm using ScheduleOnce to schedule meetings for many different people that I support in the Biotech industry. It's fantastically helpful with external attendees, too! I'm scheduling meetings for internal and external scientists.

The advantages are numerous for me. The best feature is that I can utilize multiple calendars for all the people that I support. It's also FAST, and the ability to scroll times for availability saves a lot of clicking and manual entry like other programs. The gadget add-ons also help me track what's been scheduled vs. what isn't scheduled.

In addition, ScheduleOnce saves me enormous amounts of time emailing, gathering availability (sometimes from people who send info in typed emails - UGH!). It also lets me see what's been scheduled vs. what I have yet to schedule. It makes a rather difficult task much faster and more streamlined, and frees me up to move on to other responsibilities.

ScheduleOnce also has a very easy to understand interface which both internal and external people have no problem with. I'm able to schedule RIGHT from the system and to put it in the calendar of the SPECIFIC person that I support, so that the event comes from THEIR calendar - which is FANTASTIC.
