I had tried several other on-line meeting schedule systems (Doodle, MeetingWizard, SAM), but ScheduleOnce is by far the easiest and most convenient. I simply registered the meeting name and the dates and times when I was available, then ScheduleOnce sent me the link to forward to my other attendees. It was so easy to check availability a few days later and to make sure all the people I had invited had responded.
