When I attend conferences and industry meetings one of the trickiest parts is scheduling meetings with potential clients, merchants, vendors, etc.
With ScheduleOnce I could very easily set up my availability and have all my scheduling done automatically. I don't have to worry about tracking them down, making sure we both have time to meet, and setting up the meeting. ScheduleOnce takes care of all that.
Even if I am just scheduling a conference call or something simple like that I can just let other people know my availability and let them pick the time that works best for them.
All in all this is a great service that is very easy to use and very useful.
