ScheduleOnce Customer Application Accessibility Conformance Report

Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)

VPAT® Version 2.0 – October 2017

The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a standardized form that indicates a product’s conformance with the following Accessibility standards:

  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
  • Accessibility requirements suitable for public procurement of ICT products and services in Europe

The purpose of the VPAT is to assist Federal contracting officials and other buyers in their market research responsibility when making preliminary assessments regarding the commercial availability of “Electronic and Information Technology” products and services with features that support accessibility.

This document describes the level of compliance of the ScheduleOnce Customer Application, which includes booking pages and master pages used to schedule, reschedule, and cancel bookings. The document refers entirely to the accessibility for ScheduleOnce account holders’ customers.

The first table of the VPAT provides a summary view of ScheduleOnce’s conformance to the mentioned standards. The subsequent tables provide more details about conformance criteria. There are three columns in each table. Column one includes a specific accessibility criterion. The second column states ScheduleOnce’s conformance level. The third column contains any additional remarks or explanations regarding adherence to the criterion.
