How does the free 14-day trial work?

The trial is fully functional and comes with unlimited user licenses, unlimited booking pages and third party integrations.

Who needs a user license?

A user license is required for every user who needs to receive bookings. Customers or scheduling coordinators who make bookings do not require a license.

Can I change plans at any time?

Sure. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately so you can enjoy the greater functionality straight away. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

What are your terms of use and privacy policies?

Can I save money with an annual plan?

Yes, you can. You will receive two free months when you subscribe to an annual plan. You will be presented with this option during the payment process.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. We also support PayPal as an alternative payment method.

Will you notify me before I am billed?

Of course. We will send you an advanced billing notice seven days before a payment is due. As the ScheduleOnce administrator, you have complete control over which billing notifications are sent and who receives them.

What's your refund policy?

Our 14-day free trial should allow you to fully test drive ScheduleOnce before you commit. Once you purchase a subscription, as stated in our Master service agreement, payments are non-refundable. This is regardless of whether you delete or downgrade before the end of the subscription term. To give you a heads up before your next payment is due, we will send you an advanced billing notice seven days before.
