When you ask your existing Infusionsoft Contacts to make bookings, ScheduleOnce identifies a contact by their record ID, eliminating the need to ask for information you already have. This enables a better customer experience and improved conversion rates.
When you ask any customer or prospect to make a booking, ScheduleOnce uses their email address to check if the contact exists in Infusionsoft. The contact is then automatically created or updated based on your record creation rules.
When a booking is made and the customer doesn’t exist in Infusionsoft, a contact record is automatically created with all information provided by the customer.
