How does the free 14-day trial work?
Simply sign in by clicking the button – No credit card or form filling is required. At the end of the 14-day period you will be presented with an option to either pay or downgrade to the Basic (free) plan.
Can I save money with an annual plan?
Yes you can. You will receive two free months when you subscribe to an annual plan. You will be presented with this option in the payment page.
Do I get a free 14-day trial if I upgrade?
If you start with the free plan and then upgrade to a paid plan you are not eligible for the free 14-day trial. The free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. At the end of the 14-day period you can choose not to pay and downgrade to the Basic (free) plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Sure. You can always upgrade, downgrade and even delete your account. All options are available from your Account page.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. ScheduleOnce is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

How do I get credit on my existing plan when I upgrade?
If you have remaining credit on your existing plan at the time of upgrade this credit will be used to extend the duration if your upgraded subscription.
What if I need a plan with more than 10 MeetMe pages?
If you need a plan with more than 10 MeetMe pages and/or more than 5 BookNow pages simply contact us.
What types of payment do you accept?
At this point in time we only accept PayPal. However, PayPal allows you to pay with all major credit and debit cards as well as with your PayPal balance.
Do you provide technical support?
Sure we do. We have a comprehensive knowledgebase on our help site and we provide community and personal support via email and phone if necessary. We provide support on all plans but paying customers do get priority.
