How does the free 14-day trial work?
Simply sign in by clicking the button – No credit card or form filling is required. At the end of the 14-day period you will be presented with an option to either pay or downgrade to the Basic (free) plan.
Can I save money with an annual plan?
Yes you can. You will receive two free months when you subscribe to an annual plan. You will be presented with this option in the payment page.
Do I get a free 14-day trial if I upgrade?
If you start with the free plan and then upgrade to a paid plan you are not eligible for the free 14-day trial. The free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. At the end of the 14-day period you can choose not to pay and downgrade to the Basic (free) plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Sure. You can always upgrade, downgrade and even delete your account. All options are available from your Account page.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. ScheduleOnce is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
I need more MeetMe pages. What shall I do?
Each Professional plan comes with three MeetMe pages and each user license in muti-user plans also comes with three MeetMe pages. For example, if you purchase 10 user licenses you will have 30 MeetMe pages in your multi-user account. If you want to add more MeetMe pages you can purchase them from your Account page at $7/page/month or $70/page/year.
What types of payment do you accept?
At this point in time we only accept PayPal but we are working to add support for direct credit card processing. If you are unable to pay with PayPal please contact us
and we will bill you manually.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Sure. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us
and tell us why you are not satisfied. If we cannot help we will ask you to delete your account and we will then refund the remaining credit on your account.
