How does the free 14-day trial work?
Simply sign in by clicking the button – No credit card is required. The trial is fully functional and comes with three User licenses and access to all third-party connectors.
Who needs a user license?
A user license is required for every user who needs to receive bookings. Customers or scheduling coordinators who make bookings do not require a license.
How many third-party connector licenses do I need?
A connector license is required for each user who needs to integrate their bookings with the third-party application. The connector license integrates at the user level and applies to all Booking pages owned by the user.
Can I change plans at any time?
Sure. You can always upgrade, downgrade, and even delete your account. All options are available from your Account section. If you downgrade, you can continue to use your current ScheduleOnce plan until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I save money with an annual plan?
Yes, you can. You will receive two free months when you subscribe to an annual plan. You will be presented with this option during the payment process.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. We also support PayPal as an alternative payment method.
Will you notify me before I am billed?
Of course. We will send you an advanced billing notice seven days before a payment is due. As the ScheduleOnce administrator, you have complete control over which billing notifications are sent and who receives them.
What’s your refund policy?
If you believe a refund is warranted, we would like to hear from you. Our customer care team reviews each request on a case-by-case basis. We always strive for a fair and reasonable resolution.
