The customer experience

Customers, prospects, and anyone with whom you shared your booking page link can make bookings with you from any device. When customers use their tablet or mobile phone to access your booking page, a mobile-optimized user interface is automatically loaded. All selection options configured by you will be presented to the customer during the booking process, just like they are on a desktop. Customers do not need to download any additional apps or plugins to connect with you.

The user experience

ScheduleOnce users can use their mobile device to manage bookings on the go. Any mobile browser can be used to sign up for a new ScheduleOnce account, make payments, and manage bookings. You can view bookings in the activity stream, approve booking requests, request a reschedule, cancel a booking, set the status of a booking to no-show, and share your booking page links.
